Johnny Cutt

Pop / Garage / Hard Rock

As a child of the eighties, Johnny grew up during the Detroit Pistons Bad Boys era. While he didn’t follow Joe Dumars, Isiah Thomas or Bill Laimbeer, he did listen to Michael Jackson, Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer – and Weird Al Yankovic. “Yeah, Weird Al’s Nirvana parody, Smells Like Nirvana, spoke to me.” He bought every Nirvana album he could get his hands on and learned to play the air drums, which actually helped when he got his first drum kit. And here he is today, not the best at freethrows, but he sure produces some mean music.
